We have a good contract on a house in Midlothian and we close this week. I am going to post pictures of the house to show the changes we make and the progress we are making.
This is the outside. Not many changes will be made for a while. We will focus on the inside first. It is a corner lot. The front faces south and the garage faces east. The back yard is fenced and has a dog run. There are a couple medium sized trees for shade, flower beds, bushes and a black berry patch! The inspector said that the foundation and roof are in great condition.

the house is super cute from the outside and I know it will look super cute from the inside when ya'll are done with it
